The More Things Change

You know the saying "The more thing's change. The more they stay the same."? It really is proven here. Even though she has been through so many changes. I still stay with the same modeling method. Starting with the head in the center and working my way down with the body. That and the fact that she is still bald in the back. I always have to put the hair color back on when I render it.

Today, Sep 24 marks exactly 1 year since I first EVER attempted to make a Miku model (back when I was still using Metasequoia). Or pretty much any human model. I think before I did try some basic items and stairs lulz. I submitted on that day a wip of the head. It was so basic and simple with no real features to it. The next day I posted another wip after a long night of broadcasting. The first time I ever broadcasted working on a model. Possibly the first time I ever broadcasted actually. The second wip showed the progress I had made between the first wip and all work I had made that night. It featured an accidental original outfit design; which was created due to how new I was in the 3D world. So I had no choice but to stop trying to make Miku's default outfit and make something new. I liked the design, gave it a name, and kept it. Twisted Wonder.
